Refunds & Returns

For all non-retainer engagements:

First-time clients may cancel anytime before the first session for a full refund. No questions asked. Refunds are not offered after the first session, but accommodations may be made at our discretion in exceptional circumstances. Rescheduling is available with 24-hour advance notice.

For all retainer engagements:

First-time clients may cancel anytime before the first session for a full refund. No questions asked. Refunds are not offered after the first session, but accommodations may be made at our discretion in exceptional circumstances. Rescheduling is always available with 24-hour advance notice. The first month of the retainer does not require a minimum commitment. For any subsequent months, a contract will be provided, and by continuing after the first month, you are agreeing to the terms outlined in that contract.
